Nate Hill is the owner and Head Guide of Hill Country Guides. A full-service outfitter based out of Jackson NH. Hill Country guides provides float trips on all major rivers in the state targeting wild rainbows, brookies, browns and landlocked salmon. We also guide many smaller streams for wild native brook trout, brown trout, and rainbow trout. Nate has been guiding for 12 years and has been fishing the White Mountains region of NH since he was seven years old. Nate is also the Chair of the NH Chapter of Native Fish Coalition and is a big advocate for the protection of native/wild fish. Nate has hosted and guided trips on the White River in Arkansas during the months of February, March and April. He has taken a break from destination trips to spend time with his wife Alicia, daughter Vivian, and Son Ellis. Nate continues to explore new stretches of water in NH with his Stealth Craft Skinny Skiff, a boat that allows him to cover a wide variety of water types. Nate takes pride in giving clients the best fishing experience possible on any give day. Whether throwing dries, stripping emergers, working streamers or dead drifting nymphs he does whatever it takes to put fish in the boat.
