Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

StealthCraft Boats makes every effort to ship our in-stock products as soon as possible. Some of our products, by nature, are oversized and will be shipped by ground shipping methods, unless specifically designated by the customer. Express or expedited shipping is handled on a per order basis. Please call our customer service at 231-206-4056 for an estimate and advice on the best method and costs of expedited orders.

NOTE ON AVAILABILITY:

As a manufacturer, our inventory can fluctuate quickly and may not reflect on our website.

In-stock items normally ship within 3 business days, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Out-of-stock items may take 6-8 weeks.

Please contact us directly at 231-206-4056 if you need a specific delivery time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

We primarily use UPS and USPS for all (except oversized) orders shipped within the United States. Oversized orders may have additional shipping charges as oversized items are shipped via freight.  StealthCraftBoats.com currently is only shipping orders within the 50 United States.

Most ground orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days after fulfillment.  Delivery of oversized items may take longer, depending on the size of your package and the destination.  Estimated shipping timeframes shown in checkout are just that…estimates.

Please note: We are not currently shipping to PO Boxes, APO, FPO addresses and internationally from StealthCraftBoats.com.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS:

Once an order has been sent from StealthCraft Boats and StealthCraftBoats.com, customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred. If an order is refused by the customer or canceled during transit, the customer will be charged outgoing and return shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns are by authorization only. Please call customer service at 231-206-4056 for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Items that are returned without a RA# will be refused and any associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
